This is the first ball of this kind I have ever used. Like is very much. I can feel my lower back, hip, and thigh muscles being used which is healthy. I have found that in the beginning if I sit on it for hours at a time the muscles being used get very 'tired', therefore until muscles are accustomed to this kind of product, start out slowly and increase time using ball-chair gradually (unless you are already extremely very physically fit).
