It's just a covered foam block, so it's going to hard to find anything incredible or outstanding about it. Yes, they are very helpful for those of us who aren't yet flexible as we'd like to be, but it's still a covered foam block. Frankly, I thought it would be a little more dense/sturdy than it is, but it will do the job.
Not sure what the griping is about there only being ONE block. The description was pretty clear on that. You'll definitely want two of them.

Good solid block for the price. I have been using this block for a year plus and I have no complaints and would recommend it for anyone that requires some added assitance during the nice yoga stretch routines.

while the block serves the function, it's well overpriced. Go to Wallmart and get a set of 2 blocks for a cheaper price. I wish I had done that!

Block... not blocks. People should learn to read before giving this product lower scores.
The block are pretty firm, but not uncomfortable. They really help with poses. I have a bad back and find these help with relieving some of the tension when I remember to use them.

I have always had trouble getting and staying in many of the yoga poses like triangle pose etc. This block is the tool that I needed to make all of my yoga dreams come true...well this and the 8 inch Yoga Accessories strap. I ordered the block and received it only a couple of days later and it was put into action almost immediatly. The product was exactly as it was described and I got exactly what I wanted.
